Jazz pianist and composer Bernhard Schüler visits the Spirio Studio in Hamburg for a set of original works. Known for his lyrical songwriting and catchy melodies, he possesses a unique and sophisticated ability at the piano.

Bernhard Schüler, born in Kassel, Germany, is the composer, pianist, and bandleader of the acclaimed group Triosence.
His early musical education began at the piano when he was 7 years old. He then learned clarinet and saxophone, and by the age of 15, he had already begun to compose and arrange his first original compositions. In 1995, he founded his first band as a saxophonist and bandleader. He earned regional and national recognition in the German jazz competition, “Jugend jazzt” (Youth Jazz), as a soloist and with his band, Triosence. Schüler was a member of the “Landesjugendjazzorchester Hessen” (Youth Jazz Orchestra of Hessen) from 1996-2000. In the 2nd national jazz competition “Jugend jazzt,” Bernhard was decorated with a solo prize by the “Deutscher Musikrat” (German Music Association) for his piano playing. In 2000, was awarded 1st prize in the Solo Competition for Jazz Piano at the same festival.
Bernhard studied jazz piano at the Cologne Music Conservatory with Hubert Nuss (Germany) Hans Lüdemann (Germany) and John Taylor (England).
His songs have won numerous international song contests, such as the international Christmas song contest, “The Next Holiday Classic” in the United States.

Connect your Spirio | r to your Wi-Fi network or hardwire using the Ethernet port.
Your iPad and Spirio | r must be on the same Wi-Fi network. (If using Ethernet, make certain source network is the same as Wi-Fi network.)
Settings > Piano Settings > Connect Piano to Wi-Fi Network
Look for the Spiriocast button in the Spirio app. (If you don’t see the Spiriocast button — please close and re-open the Spirio app.)
Test the local system readiness with the Spiriocast System Check tool. Look for excellent sync between Spirio piano, video, and audio.
Spirio App > Spiriocast > Spiriocast System Check > select Join
